Whiston golf club contacted me with problems they were having with 2 shipping containers which had been converted into a workshop/storage building. This building was suffering from extreme weather conditions :ie too hot in the summer and extremely cold in the winter months and severe condensation problems.
Workshop prior to spray foam insulating
As you can see from the picture above the workshop was currently in use and benches/fixed tools could not be removed. This was not a problem as I can work around the environment, I covered all areas with polythene protection to ensure no damage was caused. All areas were prepared prior to application of spray foam insulation. This container was approximately 100sq Meters, I sprayed ceilings and walls to a depth of 50mm, creating a fully insulated and draught free environment, free from condensation.
Completely spray foam insulated
